Filing an Appeal

Nick: I'm filing an appeal.
Me: What case?
Nick: My weight.
Me: Why? Are you reweighing yourself?
Nick: Yeah.
Me: Did it work?
Nick: Naaaaaaa. Still gained a couple of pounds this weekend.
Me: I've tried that. Redistributed my weight. Never worked for me either.
Nick: Lost 50 lbs. total, though, so I'm happy anyway.
Me: I like the way you think!
